About Colleen

Colleen McManamon

I have over 23 years paralegal experience specializing in areas of divorce, parenting issues, support, division of personal property, modification of parenting plans, child support and spousal support as well as estate mediation.  As a family law paralegal and estate administration paralegal I provided support to clients while managing their cases and assisting in the preparation of legal documents. I help you get through the legal maze with simplicity and ease, while helping you understand the process.

Divorce/separation is never easy, but with the help of a mediator, it can be handled in a dignified and respectful manner, which helps reduce both the short-term and long-term negative effects on you and your family.  I am dedicated to helping people negotiate and orchestrate resolutions of their own disputes. My mediation services include dissolution of marriage, dissolution of civil union, legal separations, unmarried couples separating, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time schedules, modification of child support and division of personal property.

Colleen is a member of The Colorado Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association.  She serves on the Board of Directors of Maria Droste Counseling Center.  Colleen is a trained Parenting Coordinator / Decision Maker and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate).
